2.3.1. General

In order to provide services to its Clients, LM Group may collect certain types of data from them. Data transferred to LM Group by Clients such as texts, questions, contacts, media files, etc., remains the property of the Client and may not be shared with a third party without express consent from the User.

Clients may provide LM Group with social media details in order to provide social management services. For market research purposes, clients may provide data relating to their customers or prospects for analysis. Such Personal Data may comprise first and last name, email address, job title, data for social networks, areas of interest, personal demographics (gender, age, education) and certain information about the company for whom they work.

2.3.3 Analysis of Client-Provided Data
